Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
I spent a night here and faced some issues like street noise and flies in the bistro. The room was adequately comfortable for a solo traveler, though access late at night can be tricky. Plan to return before 1 AM and check the dining options carefully.

Location not far from the sea, restaurants and bus/tram stops, the pubs, and the center of Kaleici. Exceptionally nice and incredible staff throughout our stay. Exceptionally clean and air conditioned rooms with central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge.

I had a lovely time in my neat Budget Single Room, especially enjoying the air conditioning and the kettle for a cozy cup of tea. The garden area is perfect for unwinding, and I also loved spending time in the leisure room with a good book. The only minor hiccup was a bit of noise from other guests, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

location in the heart of old city, restaurant part of hotel, a few minutes walk to the beach
After 1 am, you're locked in unless you wake someone. The air conditioning is outdated and ineffective!!! The fridge also needs replacing!!! Honestly, it's unacceptable for the price you pay!!!

In the old town, this place is a gem with abundant restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owners are hospitable, providing delicious breakfasts daily, including the standout grilled fish. They even prepared packed meals when we had early departures. The room felt slightly cramped, and there wasn't much soundproofing from the lively streets outside. Nevertheless, the kindness of the staff was nice.
